HOLY STONE HS230 FPV RACING DRONE – Unboxing & Review!!



what's going on guys Chris back with you with another unboxing and review with video and this one is gonna be right here for the bad boy mercury 35.8 gigahertz race drone without further ado let's open it on up the company is holy stone and just like all my unboxing and review videos it will be linked in the description box below first line so you guys can read more about it pick one up yourself we have the instruction manual course take a look at that right there and we have the controller and the drone right here let's go ahead and bust this bad boy out real quick we have it looks to be another battery pack right there we will get to that in a second let's go ahead and remove the controller first which is very nice has a screen protector there all that fun stuff joystick protectors we'll set that down for right now and we have a bunch of extra props or blades whatever you like to call it our USB chargers screwdriver and again we'll get into that in a split second as well with our second battery pack as well right here and of course the drone how about that folks we'll get some close-up shots don't worry about that looking stellar and that is it for the box and packaging I'm gonna read a couple specs for you guys real quickly we do have a three flip mode headless mode with five point eight gigahertz fpv low battery warning 120 degree wide angle 720p HD camera we have a speed switch between low medium and expert the batteries are 3.7 volts 750 milliamp lipo batteries now begins the fun stuff right here we have a course our drone here and the camera is mounted solid mounted you can't move that camera at all so whatever way it does face that's the way it's gonna go straight out we do have our antennas here and here as well my guess but we'll get to it is LED lights underneath this here and here we have a course where our battery goes in our little locking for the battery there on top we have the company logo and let's see what's going on with these batteries here again both batteries are going to be the same thing plop it straight in like this lock it on up that will attach to this little thing in the middle right there which will prevent the battery from coming out fantastic there again we have two batteries a your prop so two more full sets and three charging plugs my guess is two for the battery and one for the controller battery here and some extra screws and all sorts of fun things there inside the controller we do have a small battery and that is rechargeable there you will have to plug that in before your first go around and the power button is right on the back when the battery is attached go ahead and plop that guy on in like that we do have our led bees underneath here we have fpv going already right here once you turn the controller on with the button in the middle then you got a obviously turn on the display screen right there you can control all your functions right here and here and here which is absolutely fantastic and what's really cool about this drone is the camera does pull out you just see a little triangle right there you just slip that right on out right there just make sure you're careful of your antenna which is mounted on a little lah thing here and then we have our memory card which is already inserted it comes with a four gigabyte memory card right there inserted in that side right there and then I forgot to mention it does have a USB card reader as well slip that in there pop that in your computer and you can view your photos we've got a little fpv going here as we can see on the display very nice let's go ahead and get a little side shot there very cool it is raining so we're gonna have to hold out for a little bit longer before we take it outside well guys overall a fun drone just be careful in the win I actually was flying it in a little bit light wind because it is a smaller drone just be careful of a windy day you could fly this indoors absolutely fantastic you know you can do s pv right here on the monitor it's awesome that they do give you extra props and an extra battery as well but again very cool beginner drone to learn how to fly get your orientation right and then you can graduate later on to a DJI if that suits your fancy anyway guys I will see you guys on the next review my name is Chris I'll talk to you that bye bye [Applause]

    dude you need to get off your knees with this .. what a POS drone for that price the funniest part is they actually call it a racing drone HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAH my tiny whoop would run circles around this junk drone..
