PennDOT will use drones to help make road repairs



THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT WILL MAKE ITS FINAL RULING LATER THIS SUMMER. THIS YEAR, THEY WILL BE USING DRONES TO MAKE ROAD REPAIRS. MATT ALVAREZ HAS MORE. IN AN EFFORT TO REBUILD AND RECONSTRUCT PENNSYLVANIA UPON HIGHWAY IN A BETTER FASHION, THEY'VE BEEN USING A DRONE TO GET AERIAL SHOTS OF GEOLOGIC ISSUES AROUND THE STATE THAT MIGHT COMPROMISE THE SAFETY OF ROADWAYS. IT'S A PIECE OF INFORMATION THAT HELPS YOU ADDRESS WHATEVER PROBLEM YOU HAVE. THE STATE SPENT $22,000 ON THE DRONE, A VEHICLE THAT EXPEDITES THE PROCESS.
